Ordering

Our prices are clearly displayed on our website. These prices include delivery direct to exhibition stands prior to the start of the exhibition, and then collection after the end of the show.

Our hire prices are for the duration of the exhibition, up to a maximum of 7 days. In some cases, minimum hire charges may apply. All prices are subject to VAT, with the prevailing rate currently being 20%.

Simply browse our website, select the exhibition furniture hire items you need and then add these to your basket. From here, you can checkout - You are able to make payment online using all major credit or debit cards via our secure encrypted server. Or, if you prefer, you can also make payment over the phone on + 44 (0)1922 629 009 with one of our sales team, again using your credit or debit card. Alternatively, if you would like to make an electronic bank transfer payment, please contact our sales team directly who will provide you with all the necessary details. 

In all cases, cleared funds must be received in advance of the hire for delivery to take place.
